Pumpkin Brownie Cupcakes

I have wanted to experiment with pumpkin as a substitution for oil or applesauce for a long time. These turned out amazing, chewy on the outside, soft and gooey in the middle, and with a hint of pumpkin flavor.  These little guys are only 108 calories and contain fiber that keep you satisfied, Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 box arrowhead organic brownie mix
1 can pure pumpkin
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Line 2 cupcake tins with cupcake liners
3. Mix box mix, pumpkin, and water in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined
4. Pour batter evenly into 18 cupcake liners
5. Bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean
