Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

These taste like fall! I love pancakes and hardly ever have time to make them, but I love the variety I can do with the protein powder. These are super moist and very filling. Enjoy:)
Ingredients:
1 scoop designer whey protein powder
2 Tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 egg white
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup pumpkin
Directions:
1. Heat skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray
2. Combine dry ingredients into bowl, and wet ingredients into another bowl
3. Mix wet ingredients with dry and mix well
4. Pour ¼ cup batter into skillet and flip once the pancake starts to bubble
5. Repeat with remaining batter
                *Serve with pure maple syrup or Greek yogurt!
