Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Probably my favorite cookie in the whole wide world is chocolate chip! I know not real original, but it's the truth. I especially like cookie dough and that is always my topping of choice when we get ice cream! Anyways, I was being very June Cleaver and made cookies yesterday for the neighbors to say thanks for letting us borrow their fans. These cookies turned out awesome and the best part is that there is no butter, and you can have two of these for the same calories as one regular chocolate chip cookie!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. organic applesauce
1 egg white
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine first four ingredients and blend
In another bowl combine all other ingedients except chocolate chips and stir
Wisk the dry ingredients to the wet in two additions until smooth(my batter was very sticky, so add a drop of water at a time if needed but dont worry!)
Fold in chocolate chips
Drop by big spoonfuls onto baking sheet(leave room in between, these get big!)
Bake 8-10 min.
Enjoy! Makes 12 very satisfying cookies(140 cals each)
