Apple cinnamon bread combined with cream cheese, egg whites, and almond milk, make a sweet and satisfying breakfast. Top with your favorite syrup and a little powdered sugar. Enjoy:)
Ingredients:
8 slices Apple Cinnamon bread (I found this at Sunflower (Sprouts) it’s an all natural bread)
4 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 egg whites
½ cup almond milk
Directions:
1. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat and coat with cooking spray
2. Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese onto half of the bread slices, top with remaining slices
3. Mix together egg whites and almond milk
4. Dip sandwich into egg mixture and soak both sides
5. Place onto skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, repeat with remaining sandwiches
