Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein Bars

Ok, if you haven’t noticed by now I am completely obsessed with peanut butter! I came up with these from trying some banana bread protein muffins, and the only thing they needed were peanut butter! These are super moist and sweet. They contain no added sugar or flour. I have been eating one of these in the morning before I run. It is the perfect pre-workout snack. Enjoy:)
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 scoops designer whey protein (vanilla flavored)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp.  ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 egg
1 medium ripe banana (mashed)
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup almond milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients
3. Add in wet ingredients and mix
3. Add in mashed banana, and then stir in peanut butter
4. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray, pour batter into dish
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
