Mmmm the goodness of a PB&J in a protein packed shake. I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches; they feel like a special treat. This would be a great post workout snack or a quick lunch to get you through the rest of your day. I am a raspberry jam kinda girl, but feel free to use whatever jam you prefer. Enjoy:)
Ingredients:
½ cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Designer Whey)
1 tbsp jam
1 ½ tbsp peanut butter
½ cup ice
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
